    Service Shines Amid Challenges

    The room was spacious and had modern amenities. Every interaction with staff felt warm, especially during breakfast.

    Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic and lacking in organization. A few facilities showed wear, and noise from nearby traffic was noticeable at night.

    More pros than cons, but still.

    The warm welcome and really good hospitality stood out! The Lotus restaurant served EXCELLENT food and the breakfast spread was sumptuous! Staff were courteous and attentive throughout our stay.

    We had an issue with our room's cleanliness and an air conditioning leak . Management could improve on maintenance to avoid discomfort .

    Got new-fashioned, beautifully maintained room with kitchen, tall windows plus 2 spacious bedrooms. The hotel had magnificent and absolutely perfect location next to the Airport and other major tech parks.

    The room was beautifully maintained, without a doubt, had coffee and tea making equipment, and a fridge. Had prime and absolutely perfect location away from the city traffic still very much accessible from Koregaon park.

    Facilities were really good, nevertheless Wi-Fi was very poor.

    The stay featured an excellent dining experience with local fresh products. Highlights included the amchiiri bhindi and delicious desserts prepared by talented chefs like Mayank and Ashish. Spa services were really good, while check-in was smooth thanks to Ms. Padhan. There were some hiccups with room service and inaccuracies in the billing that detracted from the overall experience.

    The spacious one-bedroom apartment had a nice layout, with a large living room, a kitchen complete with a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The breakfast area offered a decent variety, especially local dishes like Dosa and Upma, quite excellent.

    The rooms felt outdated and did not meet the expected standards of a five-star hotel, with stubborn stains on bed sheets. Noise from the main road could disrupt your rest at night, and the pool area could use better maintenance.

    The room was spacious and comfortable. Especially Rupali Sawant. Her compassion and professionalism were appreciated during a tough time. The breakfast service with Puii and Akash was a highlight, as they were attentive and friendly.

    I did encounter some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom that could be improved.

    The room was perfect for our family, providing ample space for our three teenagers. Access to the fitness center was a big plus, and they loved the indoor pool, especially after a long day of exploring. The staff was attentive, and our meals were good.
